We want every order from Zoe Yvonne to arrive just as it was intended — meaningful, beautiful, and in excellent condition.

Because our greeting cards are printed and handled with care, most items are considered final sale. However, if something is not right, we are here to help and will do our best to make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging

This helps us understand what happened and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will review each situation with care and fairness and do our best to make it right.


Refunds

If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
